RING SPINNING
The spinning mill consists of 19,200 spindles at present, which is targeted to enhance up to 100,000 spindles (partly). This mill produces state-of-the-art cotton yarn with a control container and supplied in local / international markets. Our Spinning thrives for perfection and satisfaction .
AUTOCORO 9 OPEN END
The Autocoro 9 Open End spinning mill consists of 864 rotors at present, which is targeted to enhance up to 15,000 rotors. Mill produces stat-of-the-art cotton yarn and supplies in local/international markets.
We produce yarn in the following counts:

08/1 carded till 30/1 carded
08/siro till 12/1 siro
OPEN END
This mill has 1440 rotors and produces yarn in the following count:
06/s till 20/s (soft / hard) open end

Khas Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. has vision of becoming a green company that is environmentally and socially responsible. We have installed 1 megawatts of the solar system last year in our production mill. We have implemented measures to reduce solid waste ensuring a suitable work environment with a focus on the health and safety of our workers.
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT OF PRODUCTS
LYCRA YARN
LYCRA is a man-made elastic fiber which also known as estomer or spandex. It has remarkable properties of stretch and recovery.
DOUBLING YARN
Combining two or more individual yarns together and then twisting these combined yarns is called the yarn doubling process. This improves the tensile strength and softness of the yarn.
SLUB YARN
SLUB yarn refers to yarn that has been purposely spun with slubs(thicker sections along the yarn). This yarn is now created to give fabric more personality.
RG YARN
Recycled yarns are alternative to original yarn and use to reduce cost while producing upholstery, carpet, rug, velvet, knitwear, socks, blankets etc.
